Uniqlo's website

The calendar section of Uniqlo's site is a great example of really nice programming and layout. Fun interface, great motion graphics, and really fast. If you have money when you go to Japan you'll also like their stores..they have stores all over the world but they're based in Japan. DO NOT go to Japan without money! You WILL see everything you could ever want and more...no matter what it is. The tilt-shift video shows some cool and interesting parts of Japan that you'll want to go to.

The Ecstatic

You NEED to go get this new Mos Def album when it drops later this month on Downtown records. I'll admit that I was a little skeptical at first but I was pleasantly surprised. This is a refreshingly dope album. No fluff, a couple little anecdotal skits and only 3 cameos. After learning what a huge fan Mos Def is of Doom (here)I was hoping to see a collabo...maybe soon?. My only issues with this album are that some of the songs aren't mastered well and I get tired of hearing Mos Def just rambling for about half of every track...take out the rambling though and each song would only be about 90 seconds! hahaa... It was really hard to pick out 'the best' songs but here are 3 of my favorites:

History f/ Talib Kweli

Workers' Comp.

Priority

Bonus (I think you should hear this too)
Pretty Danger

PPP Abundance

Big up to Wajeed, Bling 47, Platinum Pied Pipers, etc... for making some of the best music so far in the 21st century. The first release back in '05 was without a doubt one of the top 5 albums that year. Now, after much anticipation, the new album by Platium Pied Pipers (Wajeed, Saadiq and guests) dropped their Abundance album on January 20th. A couple of the songs are on this free download mixtape. Also, some DOPE remixes of older stuff. YOU NEED THIS! Go buy the album too!
